2. Spreadsheet of plants names with details of type, gallon, and price list of local nurseries or online stores. Turn around time about 1-2 weeks.

The Process
- Initial Consultation: We’ll discuss your vision, budget, plant preferences, and upkeep preferences.
- Quote and Scheduling: After our meeting, you’ll receive a detailed quote, a proposed start date, an expected completion date, and a payment link to secure your spot.
- Site Visit: Once we agree, I’ll return to your property to gather measurements, take photos, and request your plot plan or survey.
- Ongoing Communication: I’ll stay in touch to refine the ideas we discussed and start building a draft model.
- Draft Model Presentation: I will present the draft model for your review in person or and make any necessary revisions.
- Final Rendering: Once approved, I’ll create high-quality 3D photos of the model and email you the images along with the measurements.
About Me
Hi there!
My name is Paola, and I'm a passionate 3D artist specializing in landscape design and 3D modeling. With over 12 years of gardening experience, I have a deep understanding of plants and how to bring them to life in beautiful, functional spaces. My journey into landscape design started when I faced the challenge of designing my own backyard pool. I was overwhelmed by the choices of materials and the uncertainty of how to communicate my vision with contractors. That experience pushed me to learn 3D software, so I could visualize my ideas and make informed decisions, from pool placement to the layout of my space. Seeing my vision come to life before I committed to the project made a huge difference, and since then, I’ve been dedicated to helping others achieve the same clarity and confidence in their own design projects.
I’ve worked on a variety of residential gardens and am now looking to expand my skills into designing public spaces. I’m particularly fond of tropical and wild garden aesthetics, with a touch of southern charm, blending lush plants and natural elements to create inviting, vibrant environments.
I believe that every project is unique, and my approach is all about collaboration. I make it a point to ask the right questions to truly understand my clients’ preferences, showing them images and listening carefully to their ideas. This ensures the designs I create reflect their personalities and needs, transforming their backyard into a space they’ll love.
One of my proudest achievements is the transformation of my own backyard. It's become a space I adore and use daily, and I’m excited to help others expand their living areas by creating beautiful outdoor environments where they can truly relax and entertain.
